Job Title: Business Development & Lead Generation Healthcare Staffing (Entry-Level / Internship)
Location: Remote USA (Preference for candidates based in Georgia)

We are a growing healthcare staffing company connecting qualified medical professionals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the US. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level candidate who wants to start a career in business development and lead generation within the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals for staffing opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
Maintain and update CRM with client contact details and activity.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
Support the business development team with proposal preparation and follow-ups.
Assist in building a database of healthcare contacts and leads.
Ideal Candidate:
Recent graduate or final-year student in one of the preferred majors.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Comfortable making calls and sending professional emails.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
No prior experience required training will be provided.
