UPDATE RAG STATUS, WORKSTREAMS, LOG ISSUES.

FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING ANALYSIS, PLANNING, FORECAST AND REPORTING.

STRONG AND RECENT ORACLE EPM

GAAP PRINCIPLES

EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH C-SUITE / EXECUTIVE LEVEL.

 

Basic Qualifications:

10+ years of portfolio/program/project and department financial, accountable for budget/planning, actuals and forecast processes, project controls (e.g. cost, schedule, performance) and financial analysis, planning, and reporting (<$50M)

Proven experience coordinating governance strategy, defining the new process, tools and reports to support project governance to assess project management maturity and adoption within a large matrix organization

10+ years of applicable program/project management experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company-specifically having Oracle EPM Experience

Prior experience implementing project and department financials process improvement and tools leveraged by financial controllers to manage department financials and project managers to manage project financials.

Knowledge of project accounting and GAAP principles with extensive understanding of establishing, documenting, reporting, and tracking project financials across multiple teams including:

Establishing, maintaining, and tracking project and department budgets, and overall cost control

Establishing resource plans and translating resource plans into financial forecasts

Preparing detailed monthly project and department forecasts, managing project and department forecast processes including accruals

Communications: Proven experience with C-suite/executive level and up presentations

Strong knowledge of capital and expense funding types

Experience working for a large company and within a matrix organization

Experience supporting technology organizations using agile practices

Must have proven experience managing multiple project financials, priorities, and tasks across multiple projects and teams while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high quality

Must have proven experience managing department financials

Required Education: BA/BS
