About the Role
This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a 1000-user organization, including over 800 Windows and 1000 iOS devices, as we scale through mergers and acquisitions and transition to a cloud-first infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting a 1000-user organization, including over 800 Windows and 1000 iOS devices, as we scale through mergers and acquisitions and transition to a cloud-first infrastructure.
- Provide Level 2 support across Service Desk and Infrastructure operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support and maintain Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange 2019, and endpoint protection systems
- Assist in user onboarding/offboarding, including identity and access management via Entra ID, Cisco Duo, and related tools
- Manage tickets and escalate issues appropriately within the IT team
- Participate in IT projects, including infrastructure consolidation and cloud-first deployments
