RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Manager, Data Platform, to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Summary:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in data architecture and pipeline management to join our growing data platform team. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India, supporting our global data initiatives and working closely with onsite stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and managing data products across the enterprise using Snowflake as the core platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage product strategy, backlog, and roadmap for data platform capabilities
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
* Partner with architects and developers to build scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines
* Act as the voice of the customer for offshore delivery, ensuring alignment with US-based business stakeholders
* Define and track key performance metrics for data platform products
* Drive adoption and usability of Snowflake-based solutions
* Support delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environment, facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in data-focused projects
* Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake expertise is essential
* Solid grasp of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and quality standards
* Prior experience in building and launching data platform capabilities or products
* Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran is a plus
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed team setting
* Experience working in hybrid or offshore delivery models
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
