Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP-enabled solutions in the Finance workstream, including core SAP S/4 HANA, MDG, satellite SAP applications such as BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, SAP certified applications such as Blackline, OneSource Global Next, Open Text Vendor Invoice Management, Taulia and any remediations to non-SAP applications such as Power Plan, Tagetik, and UI Planner. Create, maintain, and monitor a detailed project plan for Technology Integration activities considering all aspects of coordinated delivery based on milestones and release plans including cutover planning and execution. Day-to-day project management of execution across multiple Finance teams, System Integrator, internal and external partners ensuring progress, milestone achievement, and quality deliverables. Anticipate, raise and/or work to mitigate risks and issues impacting scope, schedule, and resources .Provide inputs to sprint planning via Product Oriented Delivery (POD) based hybrid Agile methodology and participate in sprints across concurrent workstreams to obtain insight into progress and report on deviations and/or roadblocks to successful completion. Manage cross-functional delivery teams through phases of detailed design, and build. Monitor execution of various test plans (SIT/UAT/Performance/Regression), participate in cutover plan preparation and deployment, and Provide post-implementation hyper care by triaging issues daily and transitioning smoothly to operations activities to stabilize deployed solutions
