  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for hardware asset tracking and management.

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM applications, including workflows, forms, and reports.

  • Perform instance transfers and data migrations related to hardware assets.

  • Integrate ServiceNow HAM with other systems and data sources as needed.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HAM module.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices for HAM.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, with a specific focus on the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module.

  • Experience in designing and developing HAM solutions from scratch.

  • Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow instance transfers.

  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
