TEKsystems is supporting a confidential enterprise client in their search for a Bosch Systems Programmer to lead the configuration, deployment, and support of advanced video surveillance and access control systems. This role is ideal for a technically adept professional with hands-on experience in Bosch BVMS and a passion for delivering secure, scalable solutions.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a technically adept professional with hands-on experience in Bosch BVMS and a passion for delivering secure, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Bosch BVMS platforms: camera setup, motion detection, focpoint control, map integration, and event bookmarking.
- Develop and maintain access control systems, including credential management, permission hierarchies, and system interlocks.
- Support programming of intrusion detection and fire alarm systems.
- Manage system licensing, configuration exports/imports, and enforce video retention and access policies.
- Troubleshoot live and recorded video feeds, network connectivity, and user access issues.
- Document system configurations, updates, and service activities using Excel and internal tools.
- Conduct technical walkthroughs with clients and provide guidance to installation teams.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Bosch BVMS programming and configuration.
- Proficiency in CCTV and access control system integration.
- Strong real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational habits and documentation practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Genetec Security Center (video and access control).
- Familiarity with Verint/Cognyte and Hanwha Vision surveillance platforms.
- Background in Bosch intrusion/fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of PCSC Security access control solutions.
- Professional License Training (PLT) certification for fieldwork.
- Prior field service experience in commissioning security systems.
