Job Details
Job Description:
* Support project management and field operations with RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control
* Track and coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractor activities
* Assist in creating and updating project schedules, drawing logs, and meeting minutes
* Maintain construction documents, drawings, and records to ensure version control and compliance
* Support project team in managing change orders, pay applications, and cost tracking
* Participate in owner/architect/contractor meetings and maintain consistent communication with field staff
* Help ensure site safety, logistics, and quality standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 0-3 years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a or CM
* Prior internship or field experience on healthcare or technical projects a plus
* Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and terminology
* Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
* Must reside in Billings, MT or be willing to relocate
