Role: Alliance Sales / Partner Sales
Location: North America (Austin, TX preferred)
Experience: 8 15 years (at least 5 years in Alliance/Partner roles)
Target Ecosystems for this Role: Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow
What You ll Do:
Own and grow relationships with key alliance partners
Develop and execute joint GTM plans with Oracle, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
Collaborate with partner field sales teams to drive revenue opportunities
Create detailed account and territory plans; track KPIs and performance
Enable partner success by showcasing Jade Global s solutions, case studies, and customer wins
Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic initiatives
Ensure operational excellence in alliance management and internal coordination
What We re Looking For:
Proven success in alliances, partner sales, or channel sales
Strong understanding of the North America (USA) tech market
Hands-on experience working with or within Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow ecosystems
Excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills
Strong analytical, CRM, and sales planning skills
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
