Clinical and Scientific - Compounding Assistant

Compensation
Pay Range:$13.72-$19.60/Hrs

Description
Support the production of quality sterile filtered products.
Assist with cleaning and preparation of processing equipment.
Maintain inventory of supplies and perform general housekeeping duties.
Conduct integrity testing of filters.
Prepare and sterilize processing equipment.
Coordinate tasks and schedules within and across functional lines.
Work overtime, including nights and/or weekends, as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Support the production schedule by ensuring quality product output.
Clean and prepare equipment for processing.
Maintain and manage inventory supplies.
Perform integrity testing on filters.
Prepare and sterilize equipment for production.
Coordinate and schedule tasks within the team and across departments.

Qualifications
High degree of technical/mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in operating computerized equipment.
Capable of functioning in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow rules consistently.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the role.
Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound judgment calls.
Computer proficiency required.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
Preferred: Experience in chemical compounding.
Would like: 30 hours of college credits including two chemistry courses with laboratory (8 hours).
Would like: Two or more years of external pharmaceutical processing experience or six months of related manufacturing experience.
