SNI Technology's client located in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking to hire a talented Help Desk Technician for an exciting, full-time, 3-month contract-to-hire position. Please note this is a fully onsite position and work from home/remote work options will not be provided.

As a member of the Information Systems team, this role will be the first level support for all PCs, Printers, Thin Clients, Point of Sale Terminals, and all applications. Perform required installs, configurations, and maintenance of applications on PCs. Provide computer support to system users and guests.

Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is in the range of $22 to $24 per hour during the 3-month contract duration of the assignment with a starting salary of $24 per hour (i.e., $49,920 annually) upon conversion to permanent employment status. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Help Desk operations including but not limited to, telephone support, diagnosing problems, and completing regularly scheduled activities
- Monitor Help Desk email account and direct workflow accordingly
- Document all problems or program malfunctions in Help Desk system and notify Help Desk personnel
- Install new equipment, replace existing equipment and move equipment, when necessary, throughout the property
- Assist guests with connecting to wired and wireless networks in guest rooms and meeting rooms
- Provide user support for all computer systems used throughout the property
- Assist with tracking the company's inventory of computer hardware and software
- Uphold and abide by all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times
- Other duties as assigned

- Possess general knowledge of hardware and software platforms. Understand the general business functions and a conceptual understanding of each unit's activities
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedure(s)
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Education or Formal Training
CompTIA A+ certified or obtained within the first 90-days of employment is a must-have requirement.- Obtain a second certification of Network+ or Security+ or equivalent within 180 days of employment
- High School diploma or equivalent. Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred
