About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a Pega Business Architect certification and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience post-certification. The LBA will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements, process flows, and use cases into fully functional Pega applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Lead System Architects and leadership to align business goals with technical strategies.
  • Lead business process modeling, change management, and solution documentation.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for Pega solutions.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Mentor Business Analysts and support team members across the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain training materials, software release notes, and solution documentation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive configuration and deployment of Pega software solutions at an enterprise level.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and continuous process improvement initiatives.
