Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM+BA) to lead end-to-end project delivery while driving business analysis activities across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional technology projects, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions. This hybrid role requires excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (if using Agile).
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop and track mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Dev, QA, Product, and Operations teams.
Business Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, gap analysis, and system impact assessments.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support solution design and validate technical feasibility with development teams.
- Participate in UAT planning, test case review, and user acceptance validation.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between technology teams and business partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive consensus among diverse groups and ensure business needs are clearly communicated.
Project Documentation
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and release notes.
- Maintain project documentation in repositories such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
Quality & Delivery Support
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
- Support post-deployment validation, change management, and user training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst.
- Proven experience managing technology or software development projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project governance.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with API projects, integration projects, or data analytics initiatives.
- Certification such as PMP, CSM, CBAP, PMI-ACP is a plus.
- Experience working in financial, healthcare, retail, or public sector domains is desirable.
