Title: Oracle APEX Developer
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)
Type: Contract 6+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle APEX Developer for a long-term hybrid contract. This role focuses on full-cycle APEX development, database optimization, and systems integration in a mission-critical public sector environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications

  • Create and manage PL/SQL procedures, triggers, views, and packages

  • Integrate applications via REST/SOAP APIs (ORDS)

  • Enhance and maintain existing APEX apps

  • Participate in requirement gathering, QA, and deployment

  • Prepare technical documentation and user guides

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Oracle APEX development (v18.2+)

  • Advanced PL/SQL and SQL skills

  • Strong understanding of APEX Universal Theme and UI/UX principles

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

  • Familiarity with REST API development & integration

  • Knowledge of SDLC, unit testing, and best practices

  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

  • AWS or cloud exposure is a plus
