Pay Range:$48.87-$69.81/Hrs

Description
* Collaborate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
* Engage with business partners to outline processes and strategies for technical solutions.
* Utilize analytical and research skills to interpret business requirements.
* Ensure accurate translation of requirements into technical designs.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, including technical writing.
* Analyze and document process flows for requirement translation.
* Possess experience in web-based application development and integration systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with business partners to define technical strategies.
* Collaborate with developers and testers on design translations.
* Document and analyze process flows and requirements.
* Participate in Agile routines and manage project priorities.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications
* Experience in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Proficiency in Agile tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with integration systems and web-based applications.
