Seeking an experienced professional to lead large-scale technology programs with a focus on strategic business outcomes.
This hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA, requires managing complex initiatives and aligning technical delivery with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Direct multiple concurrent projects within large portfolios.
Apply governance frameworks for alignment and transparency.
Oversee strategic budgeting and financial oversight.
Engage with executive stakeholders for alignment and updates.
Lead benefit realization and strategic value delivery.
Develop executive communications and reporting tools.

Requirements
15-20 years of progressive experience in program management.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder ecosystems.
Experience in aligning technical delivery with strategic business goals.
Ability to manage portfolios valued at $25M-$100M.
Experience in strategic budgeting and financial oversight.
Strong skills in executive stakeholder engagement.
Experience in benefit realization and strategic value delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in program management with a strategic focus.
Experience in governance frameworks and resource planning.
Ability to oversee complex budget strategies.
Experience in executive communications and reporting.
