Job Title: ServiceNow SME RSAM to ServiceNow Migration
Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and help lead the migration from RSAM to the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow, strong implementation experience, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This role will be critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and collaborative transition across systems while aligning with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation Leadership: Lead and/or assist in the end-to-end implementation and migration from RSAM to ServiceNow, including strategy, planning, configuration, and deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions, leveraging native features, custom development, and integrations as appropriate.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure modules within ServiceNow (e.g., GRC, IRM, SecOps) to mirror or enhance functionality previously provided by RSAM.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing, user training, and change management activities to support a successful transition.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff for long-term sustainability of the platform.
- Collaboration & Communication: Foster an inclusive, communicative, and high-performance team environment with cross-functional collaborators.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on implementation, migration, and module configuration.
- Experience leading or assisting large-scale migrations from third-party GRC platforms (e.g., RSAM).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, and/or SecOps modules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant implementation certifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Background in information security, risk management, or compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
