Summary:
We are looking for a talented, customer-focused graphic designer to join our learning design team for an eight-month contract. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver clean, learner-ready designs based on existing style guides and brand guidelines in a fast-paced production environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, intrinsic design and animation ability, typographic skills, and acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key stakeholders is essential.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $54.00 - $58.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Designing strongly branded learning visuals and animations
- Optimizing digital images and learning materials for download efficiency
- Developing clean and effective visual templates and style guides
- Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- 4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment
- BA/BS in Design or equivalent
- Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Animate and Dreamweaver/HTML/CSS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Strong knowledge of Flash, ActionScript a plus
- Illustration and animation skills a plus
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Advanced knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools including After Effects, with proven ability to create engaging learning animations
- Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), including understanding of digital optimization for learning platforms
- Strong typography and layout design principles
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards in digital design
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Project management and time management capabilities
- Visual storytelling and instructional design fundamentals
