Job Details

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) Architect to play a key role in designing, architecting, and implementing scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SOM module and a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations, integrations, and custom development on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow Sales Order Management (SOM) solutions in alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of SOM capabilities, including but not limited to:
    • Opportunity Management
    • Quote Management
  • Design and implement custom tables and workflows, product catalogs within the SOM module.
  • Integrate SOM with CRM/ERP systems such as Snowflake, Bistrack for Importing foundational data, Pricing and Order creation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and assist in troubleshooting and platform maintenance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, SOM enhancements, and recommend platform upgrades and feature adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 15 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform as an Architect or SME.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Sales Order Management application, including order lifecycle, fulfillment, and orchestration.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Designing custom order workflows
    • Product catalog management
    • Integrating ServiceNow with CRM/ERP systems
  • Strong technical proficiency in:
    • JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
