• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, with at least 1-2 years hands-on with GenAI features.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's Now Platform, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Creator Workflows.

• Experience with Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and AI Search.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar).

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow development standards.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Data Models, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Studio IDE.

• Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and risk in enterprise environments.
