Minimum Requirements:
8 years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
8 years of experience with State of Texas or similar federal/state project management.
8 years of development experience.
PMP Certification (must be listed on resume; proof may be requested).

Preferred Experience:
5 years of experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
4 years of experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology.
2 years of experience with Salesforce.
1 year of experience with State procurement and contracting.
1 year of experience with Jira.

Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the replacement of the legacy Program Integrity Case Tracker (PICT) system with a modern solution to support the Medicaid Program Integrity (MPI) and associated teams.
This role involves planning, budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of the project.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile methodologies, enterprise-level implementations, and stakeholder engagement. PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of the new case management system.
Manage the project using feature-driven Agile methodology.
Track development progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Develop and manage detailed project plans.
Identify and document risks, issues, and contingency plans.
Provide weekly written and verbal status updates.
Conduct regular project team status meetings.
Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with clients and IT teams.
Create project charters, work plans, and other project documentation.
Provide technical support during work hours and on-call as needed.
Present project updates to leadership and oversight entities.
Serve in an analyst capacity when required.
Transfer working knowledge to current staff.
