Job Details

Title- DevOps Engineer

Location- Plano, TX- Fully Onsite from Day-1

Type- Contract - C2C

Duration- 18 Months

Mode of Interview - Face to Face (MUST)

Job Description:

Provides technical expertise to team throughout software maintenance and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the required level of quality.

Monitor tasks, identifying risks and handling mitigation and escalations.

Provides hands-on technical and functional input to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of complex software components according to functional and technical design specifications.

Provides feedback and suggests solutions, including operability perspective. Identifies areas for automation. Follows software engineering standards, applicable software development methodologies and release processes.

Actively participate in discussions related to products/applications/modules/team .

Enforces quality processes (such as performing technical root cause analysis and outlining corrective action for given problems), measures them and takes corrective actions in case of variances.

Collaborates and adds value through participation in peer code reviews, provides comments and suggestions, and works with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Additional Job Details:

Experience working in DevOps with CI/CD would be a plus point.

Working knowledge and hands on experience of SQL technologies.

7+ years of proven experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer.

Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.

Strong technical, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
