Business Development Manager (BDM) US Staffing (C2C / W2 Requirements)

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in US IT Staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in generating C2C and W2 requirements directly from Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by building trusted relationships, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the internal recruitment team to deliver top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new C2C and W2 requirements by engaging directly with Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client hiring needs, technical requirements, and job specifications.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submission of qualified consultants.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions in a structured CRM.
Stay updated on market trends, vendor landscapes, and technology hiring needs.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in US IT Staffing business development.
Strong network and direct relationships with Tier 1 vendors, prime vendors, and implementation partners.
Ability to bring immediate and active requirements (C2C/W2).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
