Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) Function: Strategic and Operational Priorities
The BA/PM team plays a critical role in both the maintenance of current applications and in shaping future capabilities. Their contributions are pivotal in ensuring the right vendor partnerships are selected and that growth is supported through smart automation and process alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Maintenance & Upkeep
Ensure the continued stability and performance of existing applications.
Operate within specific verticals to maintain business continuity.
Future Planning & Predictive Support
Anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for optimization.
Evaluate potential vendors and help select the right technology partners.
Vendor & Partner Onboarding
Lead efforts to onboard new vendors, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Emphasize compatibility, scalability, and support for automation initiatives.
Automation Enablement
Identify areas where automation can drive efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automated workflows that support growth.
Internal Discovery & Documentation
Conduct internal process discovery to build a strong understanding of current operations.
Develop comprehensive documentation of existing policies, procedures, and workflows.
Address the knowledge gap left by recent staff departures.
