Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow configurations, workflows, rules, and connectors.
- Implement and support identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, de-provisioning, access review, and certifications.
- Customize SailPoint IdentityNow using BeanShell scripting, REST APIs, and Java-based extensions.
- Integrate SailPoint with external systems (AD, LDAP, SaaS apps, HR systems, etc.).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SailPoint operations and integrations.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide support during development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 6 years of experience with SailPoint, including 2+ years specifically with IdentityNow.
- Hands-on experience with:
- SailPoint IdentityNow provisioning and certification processes
- IdentityNow Rule writing and BeanShell scripting
- Connector development and configuration (AD, LDAP, Workday, etc.)
- RESTful API integration and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SoD, policy enforcement.
- Familiarity with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and SSO protocols.
- Experience with Java and scripting languages (BeanShell, PowerShell, etc.).
