· Decide topics to include in the library (or exclude) on an Oracle step-by-step software basis.

· Work in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as a proprietary content management system.

The Enterprise Transformation Group is leading a large-scale Oracle implementation, beginning with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) module as the foundational system. This initiative requires the development and refinement of comprehensive user documentation tailored to Taylor’s internal processes and branding.

Scope of Work

Documentation Creation & Revision:

Develop and revise approximately 3 user guides (~300 pages each), totaling around 1,200 pages.

Existing content will be leveraged but must be expanded, restructured, and aligned with Taylor’s branding and process standards.

Job Aids:

Create 20–30 multi-page job aids with step-by-step instructions for internal users.

Focus on how Oracle will be used in Taylor-specific workflows.

Collaboration:

Work closely with technical and process SMEs to understand end-to-end workflows and ensure documentation accuracy.

Brand Integration:

Apply Taylor’s 150-page brand style guide to all documentation, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and formatting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience:

Strong background in Oracle ERP systems, particularly in navigating software interfaces and understanding the full ecosystem.

Proven ability to write clear, user-focused documentation for enterprise software.

Skills:

Able to work independently and contribute immediately without requiring leadership responsibilities.

Comfortable applying corporate branding guidelines to technical content.

Audience:

Internal users across departments.

External suppliers/vendors (e.g., raw material providers like paper and ink).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating video-based job aids, including:
