Client: A leading Energy & Utilities provider the largest propane distributor in the U.S., serving 1.3M+ customers nationwide.
Job Overview:
We re seeking a Business Process Analyst to support key digital transformation initiatives across Call Center operations, Online Customer Portals, and Back Office billing. You'll work as the bridge between business and IT, driving process improvements and aligning tech solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze & map current/future-state processes (Call Center, Portal, Billing)
Translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables
Support business case development, testing, and documentation
Lead process redesign and collaborate with solution architects
Required Skills:
5+ years as BPA in large-scale tech/process improvement projects
Strong in Visio, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Preferred: Experience in Energy, Utilities, or related industries
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) & SAP (ERP)
Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM frameworks
Tools: Slack, Visio, CRM/ERP platforms
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor s Degree required
