Location: Englewood, CO (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, test, and implements solutions to connect the Workday platform with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions.
  • Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, building integrations using tools like Workday Studio and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Requirements often include a bachelor's degree, strong technical skills in Workday's integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST), and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidate should have at least 8 years for experience in similar role working as a Workday integration consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

  • Work with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications.
Design and Development:
  • Design and build integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and APIs.
Testing and Implementation:
  • Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet business requirements.
Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide technical support to end-users and clients by troubleshooting and resolving integration-related issues.
Collaboration:
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including functional leads, IT, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful integration projects.
