**Job Description:**
**Overview:**
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the migration of an Oracle database to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to explore alternative database providers and design user interfaces for evaluating and interacting with these solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **User Research:** Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of stakeholders involved in the database migration project. Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability tests.

2. **Wireframing and Prototyping:** Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces for the migrated database solution. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing sessions.

3. **Information Architecture:** Define the information architecture and navigation structure for the database management interfaces. Organize content and functionality in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate for users.

4. **Visual Design:** Develop visually appealing designs for user interfaces, including color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design standards.

5. **Responsive Design:** Design responsive user interfaces that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices. Consider the use of flexible layouts, fluid grids, and media queries to optimize the user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

6. **Accessibility:** Ensure that user interfaces comply with accessibility standards and guidelines, making them accessible to users with disabilities. Consider factors such as color contrast, font size, and keyboard navigation.

7. **Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers. Communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback from stakeholders throughout the design process.

8. **Usability Testing:** Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of user interfaces and identify areas for improvement. Analyze user feedback and usability metrics to iterate and refine designs.

9. **Documentation:** Document design specifications, style guides, and design patterns to ensure consistency and maintainability across the project. Provide design assets and guidelines to developers for implementation.
**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software or cloud-based applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
