Primary Duties & Responsibilities
1. Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
2. Utilize a computer for communication (email/Teams messaging), word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets.
3. Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
4. Prepare reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments.
5. Make appointments and travel arrangements.
6. Process invoices, expense statements and check requests.
7. Assist with special projects as requested
8. Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager s staff
9. Order and coordinate lunches and plant visits accordingly
10. Coordinate employee appreciation days and events as required
11. Support the needs of the plant manager as needed
12. Other duties as assigned
You may be a fit for this position if your skills meet the following requirements:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Work Hours: 8-hour shift during normal business hours Flexibility to work other hours may be requested for special events
