Top Requirements:
  • Previous experience in designing creative digital concepts 6+ years
  • Experience creating UX/UI and responsive web pages for both desktop and mobile

    Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This UX/UI Designer will join a small web dev team (5 resources) that supports the companys website, microsites and the marketing section. The team does design and content management while another adjacent team does the heavy development work. This resource will be responsible for helping to achieve the overall conceptualization and implementation of digital design solutions that meet marketing strategies and supports revenue driving goals of the organization. This role will be secondary in the development/design flow - meaning an existing resource on the team will focus on the architecture through talking to stakeholders, etc. and will develop the wireframe, and this role will be to design a prototype from said framework (actually building out the page). The team is seeking someone who is creative and has worked on both web and mobile design, understanding the importance of consistency in messaging and typography. Additionally, this person should understand responsive design, HTML and CSS and be able to translate the structure of the UX for less seasoned developers. They will liaise with the Marketing team, and other Creative team members to create and implement various web-based initiatives and communications. They will work closely with the web team to support the web development process.
