Job Description
- 8+ years of experience.
- Works independently, plans and accomplishes goals.
- Performs complex tasks requiring creativity and judgment.
Job Summary
- Analyze business objectives, identify solutions, and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Gather and document user requirements, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend system modifications or automation.
- Document detailed functional requirements and system processes.
- Assess system capabilities and limitations to ensure feasibility.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and management.
Special Considerations
- Must have hands-on implementation experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, especially Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, and integration testing with legacy and third-party systems.
- Capable of system documentation, end-to-end testing, training support, and other project duties.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills required for large, remote teams.
- Occasional off-hours work may be needed during project phases.
