Azure AI Foundry Consultant

We are seeking experienced Azure AI Foundry Consultants with a strong background in public sector environments and expertise to work a Hybrid role (on-site as required) in Austin, Texas. As a consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients to identify their challenges, develop innovative AI-driven solutions, and support decision-making in complex organizational settings. Your ability to understand stakeholder needs and leverage cutting-edge technologies will play a critical role in delivering transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting and Advisory Services:
   • Serve as a strategic advisor to public sector clients, understanding their objectives and constraints.
   • Analyze, design, and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to organizational needs.
2. Azure AI Foundry Expertise:
   • Utilize Azure AI Foundry tools to build smart applications, automate workflows, and derive actionable insights from data.
   • Develop, deploy, and monitor machine learning models using Azure's capabilities.
3. Project Execution:
   • Lead or support project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
   • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
4. Client Engagement:
   • Foster strong relationships with public sector clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their goals.
   • Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to transfer knowledge and empower client teams.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
   • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized solutions.
   • Act as a mentor to junior consultants, sharing expertise and promoting technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• 6+ years of professional experience in consulting, program delivery, or technical solution development.
• Proven track record working with public sector organizations is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry tools and services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Data Lake.
• Data analytics, machine learning, and AI application development expertise.
• Proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Python, R, or Azure-supported tools.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with public sector regulations, procurement processes, or service delivery models.
• Certifications in Azure AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
• Experience in change management or policy design for AI adoption.
