Founding Designer
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally at startups or scrappy teams where you wore many hats and often did what might traditionally be considered product work.
- Proven mastery in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates taste, craft, and execution speed.
- Strong product sense you instinctively know how design decisions shape outcomes and customer impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to concisely explain tradeoffs and decisions.
- An executional spirit you want to make the design a reality fast, no matter what it takes.
