About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SAP CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant to join our client's enterprise applications team. This role will support the optimization of configure-price-quote (CPQ) processes for highly customizable semiconductor products across global sales channels. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of business process understanding and technical expertise in SAP CallidusCloud CPQ, now known as SAP CPQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales, Product Management, and IT teams to analyze CPQ requirements tailored to semiconductor product configurations and pricing models.
Configure and customize SAP CPQ to support:
Complex BOM and product hierarchy management
Multi-tiered pricing structures
Channel partner workflows
Quote lifecycle management
Develop scripting logic and constraint rules to enforce accurate and compliant configurations for a wide array of semiconductor products.
Design, test, and deploy custom quote templates, approval workflows, and document outputs.
Integrate SAP CPQ with backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA, CRM, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Support global rollouts, user training, and post-go-live enhancements.
Monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting of CPQ-related issues in a manufacturing context.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with IT and data governance standards.
Qualifications:
<>Must-Have:</>3 6 years of experience in SAP CPQ (Callidus Cloud) in a techno-functional role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and sales processes in the semiconductor industry.
Hands-on experience with:
Product configuration rules
Dynamic pricing logic
Scripting (JavaScript, XSLT)
Approval workflows and document generation
Knowledge of SAP CPQ integration points with SAP ERP (especially SD module) and CRM systems.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Variant Configuration (VC), or PLM systems in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
Understanding of global sales operations, pricing compliance, and channel partner models in the semiconductor industry.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
