Job Details

Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in application system administration or program support.
  • Proficiency in application support platforms like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with configuring system settings, user permissions, and automated workflows.
  • Experience in maintaining logs, tracking system changes, and organizing documentation in SharePoint.
  • Experience with IT support workflows and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience with licensure processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the Licensure and Regulation System (LARS) and Zendesk.
  • Resolve system issues and process change requests efficiently.
  • Complete routine support tickets and day-to-day system tasks.
  • Manage and complete assigned configuration requests for LARS and Zendesk.
  • Document all modifications made to the Licensure and Regulation System.
  • Collaborate with application coordinators for requirements gathering and sign-off.
  • Ensure all system changes and communications are logged and tracked.
