Job Details

Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure the efficient and effective running of large-scale projects by developing roadmaps and schedules for the program, driving delivery, reporting status and maintaining the quality of the program.

Support the scaling of external research calls-for-proposals/grant making programs.

Coordinate with award recipients and points-of-contact to collect and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management.

Handle the organization of data and research proposals across the initiatives to support the launch of two new initiatives, a science repository and a new CRM with custom proposal management.

Assist with new CRM build and leverage data analytics skills to organize data, support metrics reporting and influence the build of team dashboards.

Coordinate workflows including payments and legal contacts.

Manage the collection of research insights and outcomes.

Continuously improve research program processes to make them more solid and efficient.

Contribute to the academic outreach efforts across programs both internally and externally.

Requirements

Proficient in reporting and metric reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot table creation
Background in marketing and product management
Experience in payment processing and collection processes
Demonstrated ability in conducting research and deriving insights
Commitment to quality and scaling operations
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage internal teams
Engineering background preferred
Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on stakeholder management
Proficiency in CRM systems
Data analytics skills and ability to create dashboards
Familiarity with repository management
Experience with cutting-edge technologies
Proven track record in managing large-scale projects
Proficiency in proposal management
Experience with SharePoint workflow is a plus
