Core responsibilities
- Manage daily intake and assignment of content-entry tasks between the content specialist, QA, and client stakeholders.
- Maintain and enforce content tracking in Jira or equivalent, ensuring consistent use of labels and statuses for transparency.
- Monitor timelines, identify blockers early, and drive remediation to keep the schedule on track.
- Facilitate communication and escalation between client, content entry specialist, and development or template owners.
- Oversee QA loops, approvals, and handoffs to minimize rework and delays.
- Ensure onboarding and training are completed, and that process documentation is accessible and followed.
Required skills and experience
- Proven experience coordinating digital content projects, site launches, or content migrations.
- Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing/workflow tools for tracking and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in remote and embedded settings.
- Ability to run rapid, timeboxed initiatives and enforce process hygiene.
Preferred skills
- Experience with Drupal projects or content population efforts.
- Comfort facilitating technical audits and coordinating template pressure tests.
- Experience documenting processes and creating simple playbooks for content teams.
