- 3+ years of digital design experience in native app and web design
- Solid foundation in user experience best practices
- Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles such as composition, hierarchy, color, etc.
- Experience crafting visually compelling pitch decks or concept presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Bachelor s Degree in a related field
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and proficiency with other standard design tools
