Job Summary:
The Workday HCM Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role supports the design and delivery of efficient HR processes, ensures data integrity, and enables accurate and timely reporting. The analyst partners with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions and ongoing enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM, including core HR functionality and related modules.
Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, and data structures in Workday HCM.
Partner with HR and business teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement Workday-based solutions.
Manage and execute system testing for new configurations, integrations, and Workday releases.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business needs.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of employee data across the Workday system.
Support the administration of organization structures, job profiles, positions, and supervisory hierarchies.
Provide tier-two and tier-three support for Workday-related inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage integrations between Workday and third-party applications.
Document configuration changes, workflows, and user procedures to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
Stay current with Workday releases, enhancements, and best practices to continually improve system functionality.
