Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Mandatory architect certifications
Mandatory knowledge of Service cloud
Preference will be given on FSL(Salesforce Field Service)
Preferred implementation expertise in Sales and Service cloud
Agentforce working knowledge will be preferred
Experience in salesforce org merge, integration and data quality/migration design
Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
Salesforce.com integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.
Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch.
Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
Programming experience with the following languages, J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, Oracle.
Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and business

Solution Design: Designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Integration Management: Leading integration efforts with other systems and platforms.
Data Architecture: Overseeing data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
Performance Optimization: Conducting system performance analysis and optimization.
Best Practices: Developing and enforcing best practices for Salesforce development and governance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Mentorship and Leadership: Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior architects and developers, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing.
Staying Updated: Staying current wi th the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Data Security and Governance: Ensuring data security, compliance, and adherence to data governance standards.
Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, diagrams, and playbooks.
Troubleshooting: Guiding developers in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Project Delivery: Contributing to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.
