Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Change Manager to lead a high-impact business transformation initiative. This role focuses on driving operational workflow improvements, organizational change management, and financial transparency across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transformation initiatives across North American operations, ensuring alignment and momentum.
  • Oversee organizational design and coordinated change efforts.
  • Manage project governance, milestones, and delivery with a pragmatic, action-oriented approach.
  • Drive operational workflow transformation across regional R&D laboratories (Microbiology, Chemistry).
  • Develop and implement KPIs, resource plans, and communication strategies.
  • Engage stakeholders and motivate teams to adopt new ways of working.
  • Support finance workstream by redesigning cross-charging models for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in business consultancy and business process management.
  • Proven expertise in project management and organizational change management (OCM).
  • People management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results (not just theoretical knowledge).
  • Experience in process improvement, KPI development, and financial governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial engineering or commercial product development experience.
  • Familiarity with R&D environments and supply-side operations.
  • Ability to travel within North America and Canada (valid US passport required).

This is a Contract position based out of Franklin, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
