SAP Program Manager / 100% Remote - PST Required / (Contract)
Work Location: 100% Remote - Candidates must be able to support Pacific Standard Time business hours. Priority will be given to candidates that sit in Pacific Standard Time zone.

    • This person MUST be okay with manual tasks, the project will include a lot of checking work and verifying that the process changes are correct.

  • The absolute BEST candidate has MCP (Microsoft Capital Planning/Projects) experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to understand the process and how it applies to the CapEx space, and how the manual tasks affect the process. Can speak to how their changes are improving the system through data analytics
  • Microsoft Environment experience (quicker ramp up and familiarity with environment)

The Role
  • SAP transformation road map out which will be fully implemented a few years from now.
  • This person will bridge the current process all the way through transformation.
  • The current processes are inefficient and error prone, and the goal is to make the manual elements of the process go away.
  • This project is funded through FY26, and the work will continue likely through the entire 18 Month term.
  • Projects will develop as the candidate continues working, but the main goal is the SAP implementation for the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Network Hardware Planning team on capacity plans capex request tech transitions and other technical matters and/or project subject matters from for timely Hardware deployment.
  • Develop intelligent PBIs that will serve as enabling tools for communication with Supply Chain partners.
  • Manage critical manual weekly/monthly processes and drive automation/simplification by directly interacting with engineering.
  • Responsible for developing what-if scenarios to facilitate discussions with finance partners.
  • Assist in driving system fixes and implementing enhancements for data disconnects to improve accuracy of capex and spend in all segments in Networking.
  • Contribute to Supply supportability analyses and inventory related validations and work on improving current PBI and dashboard.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
