Location: Dallas, TX (Need Local Candidates Only)

In-person interview must
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a strong background in AWS, serverless architectures, Kubernetes, Node.js, and Python. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and guiding engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions in AWS using serverless architectures and containerization (Kubernetes).
Architect and develop backend services using Node.js and Python.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and developers to drive technical direction and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Own technical decisions and be accountable for the quality and maintainability of codebases.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members and help grow engineering excellence across the team.
Conduct design/code reviews and contribute to the establishment of engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Technical Lead (not just a Senior Developer) in cloud-native and backend systems.
Strong expertise in AWS, particularly with serverless services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and microservices deployment.
Proficiency in Node.js and Python development, including deep knowledge of backend design patterns and RESTful APIs.
Experience designing and deploying highly scalable and available systems in production environments.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
Exposure to agile development methodologies.
