Mandatory:
1. Minimum 10 years of software QA relevant experience
2. QA Automation hands on experience (Selenium or equivalent tool). Minimum of 5 years Automation QA experience, and also this is the most important skill for this position now.
3. Actual UAT experience
Good to Have:
1. Additional QA (SIT, SDET, etc) experience
2. Hands on SFDC experience
