Role: UX Designer

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and conducting user research to ensure our products meet real user needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting seamless, delightful user journeys.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design and deliver UX solutions for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet) that meet business and user needs.
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.
Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Experience in the financial domain.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and process.
Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and data-informed design.
