We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and conducting user research to ensure our products meet real user needs. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for crafting seamless, delightful user journeys.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

  • Design and deliver UX solutions for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet) that meet business and user needs.

  • Iterate designs based on feedback and usability findings.

  • Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.

  • Stay current with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

  • Experience in the financial domain.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and process.

  • Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar), and data-informed design.
