Product Owner

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing product features to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
• Develop clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups as part of Agile/Scrum processes.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage competing priorities while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product management best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Experience with cloud-based applications or enterprise software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
