Are you a seasoned consulting leader with a passion for driving digital transformation through innovative application solutions? We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Consult Partners to join our rapidly growing team. This is a critical client-facing role with end-to-end responsibility for expanding our business and delivering impactful technology strategies.


What You'll Do:


As a Consult Partner, you'll be instrumental in developing and growing a significant book of business ($7-10M initially, with the ability to scale to $20M+ contract values). Your responsibilities will include:



  • Driving Business Growth: Cultivate new client relationships ("new logos") and expand existing accounts, taking them from early stages to substantial engagements.
  • Strategic Selling: Lead the entire sales cycle, from identifying client needs to developing compelling proposals, bids, RFPs, and tailored solutions. You'll focus on selling Application Development services and connecting technology solutions directly to critical business problems.
  • Technical Acumen: Leverage your strong understanding of application development technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) to design and propose modern client applications, including low-code and no-code solutions.
  • Industry Leadership: Build and maintain executive-level relationships within various industries. While industry background isn't restrictive, a strong grasp of technology's role in business is key.
  • Project Oversight: Provide expert oversight throughout the project delivery lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.

qualifications:


Consulting Background: Significant experience from a "Big 4" consulting firm is highly preferred. We will also consider candidates from boutique consulting firms who have prior "Big 4" experience.


Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in selling complex consulting services with contract values typically ranging from $5 million to $20 million.


Technical Expertise: Strong background in consulting and selling Application Development services, with familiarity in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, and Python. Experience with low-code/no-code application development is a plus.


Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.

skills: Compensation & Location:


Base Salary with a 70/30 On-Target Earnings (OTE) bonus structure.


Total Compensation: We are prepared to offer a competitive total compensation package.


Location: This is a 100% remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S
