Role Impact
As a Supply Chain Analyst within our Planning team, you'll directly impact purchasing, inventory, and distribution operations by surfacing insights from complex datasets. You ll support business decisions, improve systems integrity, and ensure efficient supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain KPIs across purchasing, inventory, and distribution
* Translate datasets into actionable recommendations for leadership
* Ensure accuracy of ERP, spreadsheets, and inventory data systems
* Troubleshoot process issues and align with cross-functional teams
* Lead small to mid-scale projects from requirements to delivery

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* 3-4 years in business analysis, planning, and reporting
* 3-4 years reconciling complex data from multiple sources
* 1-2 years managing or significantly contributing to project lifecycles

Core Tech Environment
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
* SAP (end-user)
* ERP platforms (O9, Blue Yonder, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Data visualization: Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects
* Data warehousing: HANA, Teradata, Redshift
* Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Asana, SharePoint

Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of supply chain planning, purchasing, or freight optimization
* Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, Agile, or Kaizen methodologies
* Experience translating stakeholder needs into technical documentation
