Job Details

Roles and responsibilities:
- Define and document end-to-end processes for the assigned function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Establish a continuous improvement framework in collaboration with IT team leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile, and regularly refine processes based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key roles, develop role-specific responsibilities, and ensure alignment with defined processes.
- Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness, providing real-time visibility through dashboards or reports.
- Partner with Product Owners, Change Management, and CI teams to create user-centric Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with clear visuals like flowcharts or diagrams.
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards, conducting regular process audits to maintain compliance.
- Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams to validate processes, foster stakeholder buy-in, and ensure practicality and scalability.
- Collaborate with Change Management and Training Teams to provide effective training materials and workshops, supporting process understanding and adoption.
- Work with IT and Product Management teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance process efficiency, automation, and monitoring.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented processes, using data-driven insights to drive iterative improvements and ensure long-term relevance.
